赵欣，女，汉族，1989年04月生，中国共产党党员，校聘副教授。2023年05月参加工作，上海海洋大学水产养殖专业毕业，研究生学历，农学博士学位。现任biwn必赢水产科学系专业教师。发表SCI学术论文10余篇。
